1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, online shop, and service booking provided by Decal Group Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://decalgroup.fi. By placing an order, making a booking, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

3. Services

We provide automotive styling products and related services, including window tinting and other workshop services. Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability on the website are for information purposes. We strive to keep information accurate but minor variations may occur.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products on these Terms. A sales contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. For business customers, prices may be shown excluding VAT where indicated.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including online card payments via Paytrail and bank transfer where offered. Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown during checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the products are handed over to the carrier or collected by you, as applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

7. Service bookings

When you book a workshop service, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information and to arrive at the agreed time. We may reschedule or cancel a booking due to operational reasons; in such cases we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible. We may apply a cancellation policy for late cancellations or no-shows where reasonably communicated in advance.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Finnish and EU consumer protection law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, unless an exception applies.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

custom-made or personalised products;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
services fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period ends;
goods that deteriorate rapidly or are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires at myynti@decalgroup.fi. You must return goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise or offered to collect them.

9. Defects and complaints

Products are covered by statutory consumer rights and warranty rules under Finnish law. If a product is defective or a service does not conform to the agreement, please contact us promptly with your order or booking details. We will investigate complaints and propose a remedy in accordance with applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence in accordance with mandatory law. For consumers, our liability is not limited beyond what is permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation. For business customers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Decal Group Oy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

12. User accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (KKV) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

For business customers, disputes shall be settled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
